Section 1 - process:- At this stage to request a commission, keep an eye out for any openings on Twitter or Instagram.- Once I've reviewed your request, If I accept it I will send an invoice via paypal.- I can take partial payments, however work will not start until the invoice has been fully paid- I will send a sketch for you to approve or to ask for modifications, Once approved I will move onto the linework and colour stage, send another WIP for approval and move onto the final stage.- Depending on the queue the timeframe can be between 1-5 days or 1-2 weeks (Indicated on trello) ----------------------------Section 2 - Refunds- At this point in time a full refund can only be made before work has started, and 50% after a sketch has been made.- Any attempt at a charge-back will be met with a blacklist ---Section 3 - ContentI Draw the following;- Anthros/Furry - Ferals/Monsters - MLP (non canon) - Objects/vehicles/backgrounds - NSFW ----- Ask me for the following;- Humans/humanoids - Centaurs - Realistic Insects - Custom species - Are unsure about a nsfw theme (just ask!) ----I will NOT draw the following;- Extreme kinks (Pregnancy, Unhygienic themes, etc) - Under 18's/minors - Hate speech/symbols - Harassment art----------------------------Section 4 - Misc- I retain the right to decline a commission for whatever reason- Watermarks cannot be removed unless previously specified before the work as started- Cancelling a commission will put you on hold for 14 days minimum before ordering again- I cannot do a background check on every person who commissions me, if I find out somebody is a problematic individual they will be blocked/black-listed from commissioning me in the future- By commissioning me, you are purchasing only my labor, I will still hold the rights to the artwork and can do as I wish with said artwork, Unless specified in a privacy agreement before work has started.- Commercial work is accepted but must be agreed upon beforehand- You may use commissioned art for Socials/videos/etc with credit to the artist, however you cannot print, distribute, or modify the commissioned art in any way to make a profit unless you have asked and agreed to new terms- The client may post the artwork to any of their socials as long as credit has been given!- The client retains the rights to their original IP's- Hexxhorn refuses to use AI image generation in any way, shape or form and Hexxhorn does not allow their work to be fed into any AI related products.---------------------------- - Section 5 - Privacy- During the communication Emails, Names and other personal information may be distributed for contact purposes only, due to being used by payment processors or to receive Email.- Any unneeded information is discarded, invoices will remain in necessary places (such as Paypal).- I will not disclose any personal information to third-parties- The artist will use sites such as Trello and Social media to post WIP's, livestream, share in progress art that does not have a privacy agreement.
